I registered for a SEC3URE account, now what do I do?

Follow the steps below to quickly get yourself up and running in SEC3URE:

Install the FREE SEC3URE Companion Mobile App to take full advantage of the convenience and portability. You may also add or remove facilities from your account, manage credential documents, as well as accept facility policies. The SEC3URE Companion Mobile App is available for both  Apple and  Android devices.


Before you do anything, save an appropriate (professional) passport-style photo of yourself. This image will be used to print badges and identify you when you visit facilities. Photos may be uploaded via the SEC3URE companion mobile app or PC / Tablet.

Complete your profile information to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date.

Attach to the facilities you will be visiting. This is important because it determines which credential and policy requirements you will need to fulfill.

Select the Credentials tile to review the facility requirements and how you may fulfill these.

Select the Policies tile to review, complete, and accept facility policies.

     Watch the Accept Policies video



Each facility sets their own check-in and check-out preferences; e.g., at a kiosk, through your mobile app, or maybe none. When checking into a facility, SEC3URE verifies that you have fulfilled their specific credential and policy requirements. If everything is green, you are good to check-in, print a badge (kiosk or mobile), and get to your appointment.

When done, make sure you follow facility check-out preferences as well.
