Submit credentials required by facilities

Credential requirements are set by the facilities. They are determined by your healthcare community role along with the primary areas or zones where you work. You must have a SEC³URE Passport membership to upload, store, and submit most Credentials. However, COVID-19 and Seasonal Flu vaccination credential requirements are now included with the free Base membership in support of the expansion of the CMS-mandated vaccination management requirements.

Your SEC³URE membership is portable; you only need to submit credential documents one time to gain access to all SEC³URE facility locations. You will receive reminders before any credential documents expire so you never go out of compliance.

We recommend you first review the credential description and details to understand what is required and the best course of action. You may be able to work with the facilities utilizing the free SEC³URE Base membership.

Here’s a key tip: Attach to and keep only the facilities you consistently visit or plan to visit in your account. This will streamline the credentials and policies you are required to submit. This also speeds-up your SEC³URE performance.

There are several options to fulfill facility credential requirements:

Requirements >> Credentials >> Upload Credentials Using the SEC³URE companion mobile app, touch Credentials [Credential] Upload Credential Agree to the "Consent to Use" and then use the camera to snap photos of the proof documentation.

Please note: Base members do not have the option to upload COVID-19 or Seasonal Flu vaccination credential infomation at this time.

First have the document(s) saved as a *.PDF document, *JPEG, or *PNG image. You then submit the documents through the SEC³URE Passport browser application upload process.

Credentials tile Select either Submit Credential or Submit Multiple Credentials options:
  1) Checkmark the credential file(s) you are uploading
  2) Choose file(s) to upload button
  3) Find the folder on your computer and then choose the file(s). Files must be either PDF, JPG, or PNG. Max size: 8mb
  4) Add File to Upload Queue
  5) Agree to Terms and Conditions
  6) Submit Uploaded Files

10-panel Drug Screen, Varicella (Chicken Pox) Titer, Hepatitis B Antibody Titer, MMR Titer, and TB Titer tests are available for purchase directly through SEC³URE. Proof of your immunity (a simple yes or no) will be automatically uploaded to your SEC³URE account. IntelliCentrics will never see your detailed test results.
