REPscore events are generated by either by a facility’s authorized users or are system generated based on policies. Positive () events reflecting responsible behavior will potentially increase a REPscore, and negative events () designed to discourage undesired behavior, will potentially decrease a REPscore. REPsearch Add REPScore linkThere are several ways to generate a REPscore. The easiest is method is to search for the supplier vendor rep by name, ID number, Company, or Key Words. Look for the Add REPScore Event link in the table next to the rep name. You may also select the supplier vendor rep name in the REPsearch results table to launch the rep dashboard. Select the Add REPScore Event link from the left Actions menu. If you generate a Facility Visits Report (REPtools menu Facility Visits Report), there is an Add REPScore Event link in the list of Rep facility visits under the Actions column. Supplier vendor reps are responsible for searching for and attaching (or connecting) with each of your facilities through their SEC3URE accounts. SEC3URE will match all facility credential & policy requirements with what the rep currently has on file. Any outstanding requirements will be highlighted for the rep to complete (make current) before entering your facility. Additionally, after connecting, SEC3URE sends regular outstanding requirement notifications to supplier vendor reps. #WeAllPlayARole. The key to keeping your facility secure is EVERYONE doing their part to enforce policies. If a supplier vendor rep arrives onsite and finds her/his way past the front desk without checking in, and if no one from the facility stops the rep to ask about a badge, your facility is being exposed. That supplier vendor rep could have revoked privileges, skipped her/his shots, or failed to acknowledge facility policies. SEC3URE is a tool to communicate and enforce your facility policies. It is critical that the SEC3URE badge represents people who are "compliant." The lack of a badge indicates, in the least, failure to sign in, or worse, non-compliance. By letting someone sign and receive a badge without having demonstrated the correct credentials exposes the facility to non-compliance. First of all, only representatives compliant with your facility's credential requirements can generate a badge. Any representative attempting to sign into your facility without the proper credentials will generate an immediate email notification to whomever is on the facility notification list (created by the Facility Super User). Edit the email/text notifications list by pulling-down the Administration menu and then selecting Email/Text Notifications. To get a breakdown of your facility supplier vendor rep population and their compliance with your credential requirements, pull down the REPtools menu and then select Rep Compliance Report.
