Connected healthcare professionals (reps) and contract clinicians whose accounts show zero activity (checking-into the facility and logging into their SEC³URE account) in the past 36 months are excluded from some SEC³URE reports by default. This greatly improves the amount of time it takes to generate the reports. However, if you miss seeing them, you may always include inactive user connections on the reports. In fact, this can help identify potential "ghosts" who could still be entering your facility.

The SEC³URE Vendor / Rep Roster Report gives you a list of the supplier vendor reps attached to your facilities. Reps who have had their access revoked are not included in this report. This report is a quick way to sort, select, and then perform actions on groups of supplier vendor reps all at one time. You may also export the information so you can share the information with your facility's staff.

REPtools menu Revocation History Report

The Revocation History Report provides a more in-depth view of rep revocation / restoration history and in-depth historical trends such as subscribers currently revoked and restored, corresponding revocation reasons, revocation / restoration date details, and which admin revoked the subscriber. If a rep has been revoked and is requesting to be restored, review the report to check why the rep was revoked originally, who at the facility administered the revocation, and if there are any prior revoke/restore actions to consider.

The SEC³URE Rep Compliance Report shows the compliance statuses of the supplier vendor rep populations with access to your facilities. Use this report to monitor and manage reps with potential facility compliance concerns. Please note: This report takes a little longer to compile because it is comparing the vendor rep categories, zones, and credential requirements.

The common goal of both The Joint Commission (TJC) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is to prevent the spread of influenza in healthcare settings by increasing the vaccination rates of healthcare personnel. While the original desired performance goal was 90% coverage by 2020, The Joint Commission still advises: “organizations should continue to strive to increase compliance with influenza vaccinations and take action to improve vaccination rates.”

The Seasonal Flu Snapshot displays the vaccination status of a wide range of individuals who enter your facility including, but not limited to, various contracted personnel as well as healthcare industry reps, volunteers, students and other nonemployees who work in the facility within patient care areas. Facilities can utilize this report to demonstrate vaccination awareness and accountability as well as target those who may need additional supportive data. It provides the number of individuals and percentages by category, along with a communication tool designed to improve participation.

REPtools    COVID-19 Bivalent Report

This report shows subscriber compliance with both bivalent and non-bivalent COVID-19 vaccines. Facility administrators generate this report listing reps that have received the COVID-19 vaccine and/or booster, with ability to filter bivalent or non-bivalent vaccines (or both) as desired.

Quickly review supplier vendor rep compliance and entry status for each of your facilities. This report specifically provides the names of reps who will have expiring credential(s) and/or Policies within the next 30 days. If you recently made changes to any Credential Requirements or Policies, you can preview how these could affect facility access for supplier vendor rep populations.

The Facility Radiation Exposure Report shows your supplier vendor rep populations where either Radiation Exposure and Radiation Training credentials are required in your facilities. It will also allow you to see any reps who have had radiation exposure data above NRC limits.

A REPblast is an email "blast" sent through the SEC³URE reports. After generating a report, you can select the recipients and then compose one email to send to all. As an alternative, you may also generate a facility policy that applies to select audiences.
