Lost dosimetersIf you lose either of your dosimeters (wear or control), contact IntelliCentrics as soon as possible for a replacement. There is a replacement fee of $49.00 per lost dosimeter.

Select the My Subscriptions tile. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Add Services button. On the Add Service page, scroll down and then select the Lost Dosimeter Replacement to Add to Cart.
