Does your company already monitor your radiation exposure? Upload and submit quarterly NVLAP reports into SEC3URE

You may upload and submit your most recent radiation dosimetry report from an approved National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) lab so that your radiation exposure credential requirement can be updated. These exposure reports should be uploaded and submitted directly through SEC3URE.com as Radiation Exposure credentials.

We cannot accept radiation tracking reports via fax. Before you upload, please verify that your social security number is not visible anywhere on your exposure report.

Select the Credentials tile. From the Credentials page, select the Submit Credentials button.

    Choose the Upload option (faxes not accepted for radiation reports)

     Choose File on your PC, Add to Upload Queue,  Agree to Terms, and then Submit Uploaded File.


You may also provide an Employer Attestation Letter showing you are already included in a company radiation monitoring program. This attestation must be provided through SEC3URE annually. At a minimum, the statement directly from the employer must show:
  1. The HCIR is an active participant in their company radiation dosimetry monitoring program, and
  2. The HCIR's exposure data will be provided to their SEC3URE facilities upon request (please provide contact information), and
  3. The attestation must be on company letterhead and signed by an authorized company official
