SEC³URE University online training courses automatically track progress, completions, and update your account. Click the Print Certificate icon next to any completed course and the completion certificate will automatically download to your computer as a *PDF (check your browser settings to allow downloads). The file name(s) will be “certificate.pdf”

You may also find completion certificates (*PDF format) under the Details links of any required - Current - training credential. SEC³URE University completion certificates automatically update your account for required training credentials.

We created an interim solution where member's registered separately in a Learn-WiseGo learning console. If you registered and then completed training courses during this timeframe, the completion certificates are still available to view and save (*PDF format).

The learning course launches in a new browser window or tab - give this a moment as the Learn-WiseGo console opens and then automatically launches the course. Once the course is done loading, Exit or [X] out of the course – NOT THE BROWSER WINDOW.

The course updates, automatically refreshes the browser window, and then the entire course list populates. Click the Completed tab at the top of the Learn-WiseGo console. The list of completed training courses displays in a table.

Click a [download] icon   under the CERTIFICATE column. The completion certificate will automatically download to your computer as a *PDF (check your browser settings to allow downloads). The file name(s) will be “certificate.pdf”

The browser window or tab may be closed when you are done viewing and saving completion certificates.

You may also find completion certificates (*PDF format) under the Details links of any required - Current - training credential. These certificates were uploaded and submitted into SEC³URE from August 25 - December 1, 2022 as required training credential documents.

On the Training Courses page, select the certificate icon under the Print Certificate column to view and save Medcom course completion certificates (*PDF format).

You may also find completion certificates (*PDF format) under the Details links of any required - Current - training credential. If the credential is listed "Outstanding," you will need to complete the training through SEC³URE.
