Course does not save after completing the exam

It may be possible that a course will go out of synch and not properly save course completion data. Exit the course, clear the browser cache, log back into SEC3URE and then complete the course exam one more time.

If that still does not automatically post the results, capture a screenshot showing both your SEC3URE ID and the exam results, and then contact IntelliCentrics directly.

We also recommend exiting out of the course - not the browser window. This allows the Learn-WiseGo course list to finish updating. After that you should be able to close out of the browser window. SEC3URE should update automatically. If that still does not automatically post the results, capture a screenshot showing both your SEC3URE ID and the exam results, and then contact IntelliCentrics directly.
