About your REPScore

Your REPScore demonstrates your commitment to supporting healthcare facility requirements. The higher your score is (out of 100%), the better. Your REPScore is tracked over the course of 365 days. Events can be added by authorized users at your facilities or are automatically generated based on your general behaviors toward facility policies.

Positive events reward you for behaving responsibly. Some examples include:

[Automatic] Properly sign into hospital (according to facility requirements)
[Automatic] Properly sign out of hospital (according to facility requirements)
[Observed and submitted by facility] Practicing proper hand washing techniques
[Observed and submitted by facility] Responding to an urgent request in a timely manner
[Observed and submitted by facility] General feedback: Service exceeds expectations

Negative events are designed to discourage behaviors that do not follow facility policies. Some examples include:

[Automatic] Leaving premises without properly signing out (according to facility requirements)
[Automatic] Checking into a different facility without first checking out
[Automatic] Facility had to use an override code to manually check-in
[Observed and submitted by facility] On premises without signing-in
[Observed and submitted by facility] On premises without displaying proper ID
