Why am I not receiving appointment check-out text reminders?
(or: How I learned to stop worrying and love text reminders)

Tablet or PC only: My Account link Message Preferences tile

One of the many benefits of your SEC³URE membership is staying informed and up-to-date. Toward the end of your appointment, SEC³URE will send a text (to the mobile listed). You may extend the visit by one hour, two hours, or check-out of the facility. If you are no longer receiving text reminders about your appointment ending; simply re-enroll in the service.

Open the Message Preferences PDF to learn more

My Account >> Message Preferences >> Text Services Automated facility check-out reminder notifications are provided so you may either quickly extend your visit or check-out should you happen to forget.

Add your mobile number, select the Text Services checkbox, and then Save.

My Account >> Message Preferences >> Email Services Stay informed concerning expiring / expired credentials, policies, and your SEC³URE membership.

Check either 30 days out or 1 day out, and then Save.
