Revoked facility access

Revoked facility access can occur even if you are up-to-date with all requirements. A facility may revoke access for many reasons, the most common of which is being non-compliant with credentials and/or policies. A facility administrator may choose to either automatically restore access once all requirements are satisfied, or they may require a manual restore.

If the manual restore process is chosen, you will need to contact either the facility directly or IntelliCentrics Customer Service at 817-SEC3URE (732-3873), option #1. IntelliCentrics does not guarantee your facility access will be restored because it is strictly the facility's decision.
