Forgot SEC3URE Password

Can’t remember your SEC3URE password? No worries. Let us quickly send you a temporary password:

From the www.sec3ure.com/login page, select Forgot your password?

  Follow the instructions on the Reset Password page and then choose either via E-Mail or Mobile SMS. STAY ON THIS PAGE!

  You will receive a temporary 'token' very shortly. Enter this 'token' and then Submit.

  You immediately Reset Password and then log into your SEC3URE account.

From the mobile Log In screen, touch Forgot Password.

  Confirm the E-Mail address used for your SEC3URE account and Reset Password.

  You will receive a temporary password very shortly. On the mobile Log In screen, enter this temporary password and then Login.

  You immediately Change Password and then log into your SEC3URE account.


Key Tip: When changing your password, it must be at least eight (8) characters long and must be a combination of at least three (3) of the following criteria:
  • Uppercase letters (QWERTY)
  • Lowercase letters (qwerty)
  • Numbers (12345)
  • Special characters (@#$%&*)
