We updated the SEC3URE Facility Home page to include the new COVID-19 Compliance Dashboard. We worked with our healthcare communities to develop trusted best practices. Now you have at-a-glance insight to manage your vendor and clinical contractor healthcare professional COVID-19 compliance. You can also drill-down for further information and actions to confirm everybody is doing their part. It's just another way we're developing trust as a technology.

With this release, we are proud to introduce the new SEC3URE Link! Combined with our SEC3URE GO! wearable technology, SEC3URE Link creates an unprecedented level of TRUST for the entire Ethos. SEC3URE Link integrates facility requirements with the scheduling process and meeting requirements. Schedule only those individuals who are essential and who are already trusted (as well as those who are not - to give them the opportunity to demonstrate their trust BEFORE the appointment).

In this release, we "de-activated" any healthcare professionals (reps) and contracted clinicians who have had ZERO activity (checking-into your facilities and logging into their SEC3URE account) in the past 36 months. They remain connected to the facility, but are not "active." This will "clean-up" facility data and improve reports performance.

We also added a new checkbox to Include Inactive Users in several reports (Facility Visits, Rep Compliance, Rep Roster, and Rep Category). You may still see anyone who remains connected or attached to your facilities but has not been active.

For this release, we added a new SEC3URE report, COVID-19 Questionnaire Responses. The report will only display for those facilities who have enabled the Kiosk and Mobile check-in questionnaire. This report provides a list of reps who answered the question prior to checking-in / signing-in along with their answers.

We also added a new feature - Who's Onsite visits dashboard. Enforcing No Badge, No Access has never been easier because you can see - in real-time - everyone currently checked-in, should be checking-in soon, and who should be checking-out and leaving the facility.

This release adds two new SEC3URE Facility reports, Facility REPScore and Average Facility REPScore so administrators can have further control. Gain insight into the behaviors (or "REPutation") of your vendor rep populations and then take actions to ensure everyone remains compliant.

  SEC3URE REPScore Reports

In this release, we've added new Communication Toolkits for Facility Host Administrators so they may effectively spread the word that their facilities are now a part of the SEC3URE healthcare community. The templates make it really easy to copy and then tailor your message for your audiences.

  SEC3URE Getting Started

This release addresses minor fixes and adds a new reports action Restore Facility Access for multiple HCIRs at one time. This greatly increases Facility Host Administrator flexibility and control over HCIR populations where both Revoke & Restore are quick and easy actions.

With this release, we are proud to introduce the new SEC3URE Link! Combined with your SEC3URE GO! wearable technology, SEC3URE Link creates an unprecedented level of TRUST across the entire Ethos. SEC3URE Link integrates facility requirements with the scheduling process and meeting requirements. We've made scheduling appointments, events, and meetings easier and more flexible to your needs.

SEC3URE Link is available whenever you connect with a facility who has enabled Link. Look for it on both the SEC3URE desktop and mobile app.

This update introduces our new Autopay feature in SEC3URE. Enable this convenient feature by Opting-in to automatically renew without intervention so your SEC3URE membership continues uninterrupted. Go to Subscriptions and select Manage Renewals. LEARN MORE

We also updated our IntelliCentrics SEC3URE Platform Terms of Use to reflect the new Autopay terms and access.

This release streamlines and enhances the SEC3URE products & services catalog and payment processing (through Zuora).

We have updated our IntelliCentrics SEC3URE Platform Privacy Policy and added a new detailed SEC3URE Platform Cookie Policy. Together, these policies explain how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information about you in relation to the www.sec3ure.com platform.

This latest release addresses minor bugs, enhances Credentials layout, and streamlines uploading and submitting credential documents for processing.

  SEC3URE Facility Mobile App for Administrators

We've updated the app experience in this release (1.0.62) with several improvements from login to app navigation. We added capabilities to both review and resolve REPscore disputes right from the mobile app. This update includes both Apple iOS and Android experiences.

In this release (1.0.35), we updated the IntelliCentrics SEC3URE Platform Privacy Policy and also added a new detailed SEC3URE Platform Cookie Policy. This update includes both Apple iOS and Android.

We updated both the IntelliCentrics SEC3URE Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in this release (1.0.29). Includes both Apple iOS and Android.

The SEC3URE Facility mobile app is designed for hospital or facility administrators who are already part of the SEC3URE healthcare community. SEC3URE Facility increases administrator efficiency by providing SEC3URE access from anywhere at any time. Keep track of HCIRs/Vendor Reps currently in your facilities, lookup HCIRs/Reps & companies attaching to your facilities, and review negative events generated by HCIRs/Vendor Reps.

  SEC3URE Mobile Apps for Healthcare Providers / Vendors

SEC3URE MOBILE APP 1.3.378
We made some additional performance updates to improve the speed and agility of the application when visiting facilities. We added the ability to submit COVID-19 attestation statements through your SEC3URE mobile app. We also squashed a couple of bugs that were preventing access to information reviews.

SEC3URE MOBILE APP 1.3.376
In this update, we made a few back-end edits to streamline how the SEC3URE mobile app processes check-ins. This also corrected a minor bug that prevented some individuals from printing a paper badge when checking-in.

SEC3URE MOBILE APP 1.3.374
We made several updates to notifications making it easier to know when you need to update the app and when you need to renew your SEC3URE membership. We also made it easier to submit flu documents right from the home screen. This update also corrected an issue that prevented document scrolling within the app.

SEC3URE MOBILE APP 1.3.369
For this latest release, we updated the hours listed for our customer support Hero teams: 6:00am EDT until 6:00pm PDT. We improved the login experience even more after you gave us great feedback. We also went under the hood to tune-up app performance.

For this release, we added the ability to view Info Reviews via *PDF directly through the mobile app. Info Reviews are used by facility administrators as a formal communication tool with their healthcare professional audiences.

In this release, we made a minor update responding to additional CDC guidance concerning COVID-19 check-in / sign-in health surveys. These popup questions only occur when the facility sets this requirement.

In this release, we made a critical update responding to healthcare community emergencies. If a facility designates the need, before checking-in / signing-in, healthcare professionals will be asked a series of questions concerning travel, contacts, and overall health. This release provides additional support enhancements for SEC3URE GO! eBadge. This update includes both Apple iOS and Android. We also learned some cool stuff working in iOS 13 and squashed a couple of minor bugs.

Skip the kiosks - no more paper badges! SEC3URE GO! eBadge is just one of our latest innovations making it much easier to check-into facilities. The SEC3URE GO! Mobile App is required to pair your mobile device with the eBadge (enabled through Bluetooth ). You Check-in with your mobile app, activate your ebadge, and then GO!

This update is for both Apple iOS and Android devices. We enhanced the user experience to make it even easier as well as added a new in-app troubleshooting guide.

Skip the kiosks - no more paper badges! This release (1.3.308) provides support for the SEC3URE GO! eBadge - the new way to check-into facilities using our digital badge. Check-in with your mobile app and activate your own badge and GO! This update includes both Apple iOS and Android.

We also worked under the hood to squash a bug or two and setup compatibility with the upcoming iOS 13 update.

This release (1.3.252) adds enhanced meeting coordination (attached to participating facilities only) and updates the revocations function. We also cleaned-up miscellaneous bug fixes. This update includes both Apple iOS and Android.
